Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited (BCP or Bangchak) has carried out its community-relations activities with aim to create the mutual co-existence between it and all local communities. The concepts behind these activities are “Friendship, Benefits and Safety”.

As a member of Bangkok’s Bang Na and Phra Khanong districts, the Company has organized many projects for the betterment of local communities and benefits of local people. In collaboration with relevant agencies, the Company has conducted surveys to listen to local people’s opinions and to learn about the local communities’ physical landscape, history, demography, social structure and needs. Thanks to the findings, the Company can cater projects to help local leaders develop their communities or community members especially youths.

Headquartered in Soi Sukhumvit 64, the Company has conducted community-relations activities across its neighborhood. The neighbors can be categorized into the following groups:

Local communities in Bangchak Refinery’s neighborhood:7 communities plus one army-personnel apartment project. All activities for these communities are conducted in collaboration with Phra Khranong District Office.
Schools: teachers and students at schools in the neighborhood of the Company’s headquarters
Families:people living in houses, townhouses or similar in the neighborhood of the Company’s headquarters
