In order to ensure that the business operations of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (“Bangchak”) and companies within Bangchak Group comply with all relevant domestic and international laws, rules, and regulations—including elevating excellence in management in accordance with the National Quality Award framework by emphasizing the creation, management, and protection of intellectual property innovations and other knowledge, of both Bangchak and other persons—to create value for Bangchak, and its business partners and stakeholders, and to enable Bangchak to compete sustainably in the market and gain acceptance from various stakeholders, as well as to mitigate risks arising from non-compliance with laws, rules, and regulations by directors, officers, and employees, Bangchak has established this Regulatory Compliance Management Policy. It shall be the direct duty and responsibility of all directors, officers, and employees of Bangchak and Bangchak Group , as well as other persons acting on behalf of Bangchak, to comply with the following policy and related guidelines.

  1. Comply with antitrust law and competition law and support free and fair-trade competition without discrimination or taking unfair advantage of others.
  2. Comply with laws on anti-corruption and anti-bribery with respect to government officials and private sector personnel, both domestically and internationally.
  3. Comply with laws on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (“AML/CFT”).
  4. Comply with laws on labor, human rights, and human dignity, including respect for the freedoms and equality of individuals that are recognized and protected by law.
  5. Comply with laws on intellectual property and trade secrets, respect and refrain from infringing upon the intellectual property of others, promote the creation of intellectual property works, and protect and safeguard the Company's intellectual property from infringement by others.
  6. Refrain from resorting to strategic litigation against public participation by those who have expressed opinions or taken any actions on matters of public interest protection (“Anti-SLAPP”).
  7. Comply with trade and economic sanctions laws and regulations (“Sanctions”) applicable to Bangchak and Bangchak Group when conducting transactions involving certain countries, regions, and persons.
  8. Comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations in every country in which Bangchak and Bangchak Group conduct business.
  9. Comply with Bangchak's policies, standards, codes of conduct, guidelines, and operational manuals, including appropriate practices for the business of Bangchak and Bangchak Group, even if not expressly covered by this Policy.

In complying with this policy to achieve its objectives and goals, the Top Executive and the Management of Bangchak and its subsidiaries are responsible for performing good examples, and all employees of Bangchak and subsidiaries must perceive and comply to such example by following the attached practical guidelines from this date onwards.
