Bangchak Receives the Silver Award of the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2022 for the “BCP Digital Driven for 100X Citizen Developer” Campaign

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited receives the Silver Award of the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2022 for the “BCP Digital Driven for 100X Citizen Developer” campaign, presented by Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, the Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, to Bangchak, represented by Noppachai Nutsati, Director, Human Resources Management, at Thailand HR Day 2022, organized by the Thailand Productivity Institute (FTPI), the Graduate School of Human Resource Development: National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT).

The “BCP Digital Driven for 100X Citizen Developer”, 1 of the 13 campaigns to receive an award from the 41 total entries, is a Digital Skill development campaign to mold personnel into Citizen Developers or to enrich Non-IT Background personnel with the knowledge and skills to develop Low Code Platform Applications such as PowerApps, Power BI, and RPA, able to generate innovation that improves work processes. Bangchak is among 12 organizations awarded from the total of 33 participating organizations, namely, Bangchak, CPPC, SCG, Gosoft, CPF, CPN, CRC, ThaiBev, GSB, Food Passion, the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, and TSH.

The Award aims to promote and advance innovation generation for human resource development, stimulating the public and private sectors to continuously pursue human resource innovation to integrate into organizations’ cultures of all sizes and types.

In 2022, Bangchak provided opportunities for employees to improve more than 50 work processes through Digital Tools, trained IT personnel into Internal Instructors, able to upskill 14% of employees into Citizen Developers etc.
