June 5 – World Environment Day. Bangchak Group Expands “Fry to Fly” Across All Service Stations in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area from June 30. Invites the Public to “Reduce Emissions, Increase Income”. With Communications Support from Winnonie and Robinhood

In recognition of World Environment Day, Bangchak Group is inviting the public to “Reduce Emissions, Increase Incomes” by converting used cooking oil into clean energy of the future while earning extra income, expanding its “Fry to Fly” project to all Bangchak service stations across the Bangkok Metropolitan area starting this June 30.

Bangchak executives, led by Mr. Bundit Hansapaiboon, Chief Operation Officer and Senior Executive Vice President Refinery and Oil Trading Business Group, Mr. Seri Anupantanan, Senior Executive Vice President, Marketing Business Group, Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, together with Mr. Anuwat Rungruangrattanagul, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, Refinery and Operation, Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited jointly invited the public to sell used cooking oil to the “Fry to Fly” project at 448 Bangchak service stations across the Bangkok Metropolitan area to be used in the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by BSGF Company Limited. As of June 2025, the purchasing price is THB 19 per kilogram, subject to change according to vegetable oil market conditions.

The project is supported by Winnonie Company Limited and Purple Ventures Co., Ltd., the operator of Robinhood, a Thai food delivery platform, led by Mrs. Morakot Yipintsoi, President & Chief Executive Officer, Yip In Tsoi Company Limited, to help communicate and raise awareness of the campaign. Plans are also underway to expand “Fry to Fly Stations”, used cooking oil collection points, to 40 additional schools, in collaboration with the Bai Mai Pun Suk Foundation, to promote sustainable waste management and responsible resource use among young people.

The public is invited to join the campaign to “Reduce Emissions, Increase Incomes” at all Bangchak service stations across Bangkok and surrounding provinces starting this June 30, with expansion planned to over 200 additional outlets in other provinces. The “Fry to Fly” project will continue to scale up nationwide.
