Bangchak Group Demonstrates Commitment to Corporate Governance and Mindfulness Cultivating a Sustainable Organizational Culture at CG Day Year 20

Mr. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Chief Transformation and Synergy Realization Officer, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, led executives and employees of the Bangchak Group in demonstrating the company’s commitment to good corporate governance at CG Day 2025, held at Bangchak’s Headquarters. The event, now in its 20th year, was organized under the theme “Change Your Mind, Change Your Life” and featured guest speaker Dear Lilly McGrath, a television host, actress, and motivational speaker, who shared insights on the benefits and positive outcomes of meditation. Her session drew upon the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, a researcher, author, consultant, and chiropractic specialist known for his studies on brain–heart coherence and the connection between the mind and body. The activity aimed to inspire employees to learn, develop themselves, explore new perspectives, and strengthen a sustainable corporate culture grounded in good corporate governance, ethics, transparency, and personal growth aligned with the organization.

Bangchak Group has organized CG Day annually since 2005 to reinforce awareness among executives and employees of the importance of organizational development in all dimensions under the ESG framework (Environment, Social, and Governance) and to reaffirm the company’s commitment to principled, transparent, and responsible business conduct as the foundation of sustainable organizational growth.
