Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited announces that, at the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on 9 December 2025, a resolution was passed to change the Company’s authorized directors, effective 11 December 2025, as follows:

2. Mr. Surin Chiravisit
3. Mr. Achporn Charuchinda
4. Mr. Paroche Hutachareon
5. Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach

The Company has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand accordingly.
