Notification of Directors’ Refraining from Attending Board Meetings

Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited announces that it has received a letter from Alpha Chartered Energy Company Limited (“ACE”), a major shareholder whose representatives on the Board of Directors are Mr. Natthakorn Athithanavanich and Dr. Tomas Koch. ACE has informed the Company of its intention for both of its representative directors to refrain from attending the meetings of the Board of Directors for a period of 45 days, effective from 9 December 2025.
