BCP Selected for Inclusion in SET50 Index for the Second Half of 2026 Reflecting Strong Business Fundamentals and Investor Confidence

BCP, the ticker symbol of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), has been selected for inclusion in the SET50 Index for the second half of 2026. The revised constituent list will be effective from July 1 to December 31, 2026, following the SET's semi-annual index review.

Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, said, “We are proud and honored that Bangchak has been selected for inclusion in the SET50 Index. This reinforces our position as a leading energy company in the Asia-Pacific region, committed to strengthening energy security through a strategy focused on stable and sustainable growth under our integrated energy business model. It also reflects the Company’s strong fundamentals, resilience in navigating challenging market conditions, and long-term growth potential. Most importantly, it represents the confidence and trust that investors, customers, shareholders, and business partners have placed in Bangchak. We remain committed to strengthening our organizational capabilities to deliver stable returns for our shareholders and support the Company’s long-term growth.”

"Driven by a clear strategy and disciplined execution, Bangchak continues to strengthen its financial position while delivering EBITDA growth in line with our targets. In 2026, the Group is expanding its Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) business following the commencement of commercial production in May, serving both domestic and international markets. We also expect to strengthen our core refining and marketing businesses through the recognition of earnings from Chevron Hong Kong Limited in the second half of the year. The Hong Kong business comprises 31 retail service stations, which will be operated by Bangchak Hong Kong Limited (BHK) under the Caltex brand pursuant to a trademark licensing agreement with Chevron. The acquisition also includes retail, commercial and marine fuels businesses, as well as an international-standard oil terminal and jetty.

"The SAF business and the launch of BHK will be key growth drivers in the second half of 2026, supporting Bangchak's 'Accelerating Bangchak 100x' strategy.
