Gloyta stated that during the 5 years since its founding, Bangchak Group’s Bai Mai Pun Suk Foundation has been committed to Youth Education, specifically literacy, foster environmental consciousness through the principles of the circular economy, and promoting solar energy integrated agricultural systems. The Foundation collaborates with strong partners resulting in ground approaches and satisfactory results, delivering sustainability to youths in surrounding educational institutions and communities, with plans to continue expand the projects in the future. As such, the Foundation invites customers and the public to support these initiatives through the “Pun Suk Box” at Inthanin Coffee, and together deliver sustainable happiness to Thai youths.

Visnu added Inthanin Coffee is an Eco Brand that strives to effectively manage waste from the business, addressing the expectations of societal stakeholders. Collecting used plastic milk bottles and gallons to develop/produce the “Pun Suk Box” as a channel to raise support for the education of Thai youth makes me proud to be a part of the effort to give back society and the environment alongside daily business operations.

Krisada concluded that SCGC recognizes environmental issues as a global concern that requires everyone to participate in addressing. The Circular Economy, which SCGC continually emphasizes, is a cornerstone of sustainable development, as well as an opportunity and a solution that must be adapted and integrated into the value chain. The Hotels and Café Love the Earth Campaign is a collaboration between SCGC and the hotel and café group, including Inthanin, to foster a business ecosystem according to circular economy principles, reducing the consumption of resources, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The “Pun Suk Box” is a product of the collaboration with Inthanin and Wake Up Waste, a SCGC startup that promotes recycling process efficiency.

“Pun Suk Box” is produced from recycled plastic from 5 used plastic milk bottles collected by Inthanin employees, who also sort the waste according to the Circular Economy principles to be properly recycled, fostering responsible consumption of resources. 1 Pun Suk Box is produced from the recycled plastic of 5 milk bottles. Presently, Inthanin shops in the Pathumwan area have joined the “Hotels and Café Love the Earth” campaign since August 2022, and has collected over 4,700 kilograms of recyclable waste.
