Bangchak’s Inthanin Cups Support Royal Forest Department’s “Cups for Seedlings” Project

Mrs. Gloyta Nathalang, head of corporate image and communications at Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited (BCP), Mr. Visnu Vongsumitr, director of café business and business support group of Bangchak Retail Company Limited, and partners have recently handed over used biodegradable Inthanin cups to Royal Forest Department’s deputy director general Mr. Jeerasak Chukwamdee for use in the Cups for Seedlings project. These cups come from Bangchak staff and Inthanin customers across the country. Implemented with Bangchak’s cooperation, the project presents the used cups in place of black plastic bags during the department’s seedlings preparation. The goals are to reduce waste, add green area, promote the reuse of materials, and woo public participation in the delivery of benefits to the society. Bangchak will accept used Inthanin cups from donors for delivery to the Royal Forest Department till the end of 2020.
