Bangchak Group Supports the 12th Guiding Light for the Thais – Walk, Run, Bike, Fighting Stroke Campaign in Honor of His Majesty the King

On 4 June 2026, Mr. Chokchai Atsawarangsalit, Chief Transformation and Synergy Realization Officer, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, attended the press conference for the 12th Guiding Light for the THAIS - Walk Run Bike Fighting Stroke Campaign in Honor of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn, held under the theme “Stroke: 4 Diseases, 6 Behaviors – Know, Act, Prevent.” The initiative is held in honour of His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen, who serve as an inspiration to the Thai people and exemplify the importance of maintaining good health through regular exercise. . The project aims to raise public awareness of stroke prevention through public education and outreach initiatives, while encouraging people of all ages to engage in regular physical activity for better health and disease prevention. The event was hosted by the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, led by the Siriraj Stroke Center, in collaboration with the Siriraj Foundation, and was held at Siriraj Hospital.

Bangchak Group is among the private sector organizations supporting the initiative, through The Siriraj Stroke Center, working alongside government agencies, partners, and network organizations.. The project is being implemented across all 13 public health regions under the Ministry of Public Health, expanding its reach to cover all 77 provinces nationwide, helping promote healthier lifestyles and contribute to a healthier society in a sustainable manner.
