Bangchak Group CEO Congratulates Norwegian Ambassador to Thailand on Official Assumption of Duties

Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, recently congratulated H.E. Mr. Frode Solberg on his official assumption of duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to Thailand.

Bangchak Group has invested in Norway’s petroleum exploration and production sector since 2018 through BCPR Pte. Ltd., a Bangchak Group company with an investment in OKEA ASA, a leading operator of mid- and late-life assets on the Norwegian continental shelf. The Group also serves as a member and board representative of the Thai–Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, supporting the exchange of experience and knowledge gained from operating in a country with high environmental, safety, and corporate governance standards, and applying these insights across its businesses.
