Bangchak Group Organizes CG Day 2022 to Promote Growth and Corporate Governance Emphasizing Digital Transparency

Chaiwat Kovavisarach, Group Chief Executive Officer and President, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, Kittiphong Limsuwannarot, Chief Executive Officer and Director, BBGI Public Company Limited, Sattaya Mahattanaphanij, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Excellence and Company Secretary, BCPG Public Company Limited, along with Surin Chiravisit, Director, BBGI Public Company Limited and BCPG Public Company Limited, and Bangchak Group executives showed their readiness to incorporate technology with corporate governance through the CG Day 2022 activities hosted by BBGI under the theme “Digital Transformation and Corporate Governance”. On the event, Asst. Prof. Dr. Torplus Yomnak, Director, Political Economics Studies Center, Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, one of the 12 anti-corruption activists from around the world to receive the U.S. State Department’s International Anti-Corruption Champion Award 2021 on International Anti-corruption Day. He shared how technology can help organizations assess and monitor its transparency, and recommended strategies to manage effectively manage corporate governance, transparency, accountability, as well as engage with stakeholders.
